There are several ways you can pay your orders in our Adidas Nike shoes store:

Credit card payments may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have problems with a credit card payment, please contact the issuing bank.



Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Tracking Shipments

After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order and also with the tracking website. You can track your order via the websites using your tracking number.

Tracking Methods: After we send out your order and if you request, we will send you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address. Check your e-mail for the link and tracking number and simply enter this information into the proper fields and click on the track button. Note: If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number, please wait with patience. Some time is required by the delivery company for uploading.

Note: When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter for us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!

1. If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept well. If not, please refuse to accept the delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request.

2. If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.
